Does Agency for Integrated Care offer family leave?

Pros

AIC’s benefits are pretty good - Generous leave entitlement with other periphery benefits Outreach work with seniors is quite enjoyable and meaningful CEO is really genuine and seems concerned about staff morale and welfare

Cons

Division is quite large so inculcating a healthy work culture across the board seems to be quite a challenge, especially with the work being so fast paced Must be able to accept some level of work life integration to work here

Advice to Management

Even though serving our seniors is key, it is important to cultivate a healthy work culture that respects the employees as well.
