too small to handle very large clients, low pay for many of my colleagues, high benefits costs, too many cooks in the kitchen, lack of structure, same issues year after year, everything is always last minute.

What is the retirement plan like at AgileOne?

Pros

The work/life balance can't be beat, I have never felt micro-managed while working here and I love the freedom of innovation and creative ideas that can be brought to the table. The executive team is within reach if needed and I love the family feeling of working here. I feel our leaders really care about our team members in the front-line and will do what is needed to retain top talent across the organization.

What is paid time off like at AgileOne?

Pros

I was thankful to have a job at the moment but looking back there is so many better opportunities.

Cons

Health and PTO benefits are terrible Pay is low average for the industry No room for growth or advancement opportunities Managers are not qualified Leadership does not listen. They leave you at the client site to figure out the problems. You are overworked and closely watched The times we could work from home we could not be away for 5 minutes or would be in trouble
