Pretty easy job with commission opportunities. Somewhat flexible scheduling.

No PTO to start. You have to work Saturdays most of the time. No benefits for full time employees.

Pros
They’ve finally got benefits for salaried employees! Hopefully they’ll get benefits for hourly employees too. The Friday lunches are also nice. Lots of growth opportunities.
Cons
Need to get a 401K plan. Parking situation sometimes is challenging.
