HR Service Center is out sourced and the level of customer service provided is really disappointing. With this being an "HR Outsourcing" company you would think the Service provided to the employees matched what is required to be provided to their clients. A lot of work is required and employees get little to no raise in salaries after yearly reviews despite the company allegedly having so much profit year to year. Virtual employees are stuck using very old outdated laptops. Lack of new quality positions becoming available.

Advice to Management

When Blackstone acquired the HR sector of Aon they cheapened the quality of the HR service provided to their employees by outsourcing the service center to India. With no offense to the employees in India (Wipro) but they lack certain cultural understandings to truly support the America colleagues. As employees of Alight we are required to provide such detail oriented customer service to our clients but it is really sad that the same level of service is not provided us as employees. Stop the outsourcing of benefits or ensure that the group who is supporting this company with their HR service takes their jobs more seriously and provides the quality level of service that is required of us. I've been with this company through Hewitt Associates to Aon Hewitt to Aon to not Alight and it has unfortunately not improved through all the changes

Horrible IT systems, outdated tools. High turnover rate.

Advice to Management

Raise the salary to at least $15 an hour

Poor medical coverage, many employees are overworked but afraid to speak out, technology needs a lot of improvement, internal job postings are exaggerated compared to what the job responsibilities really

Advice to Management

Get better medical options by going under one provider. Don't be afraid to give internal applicants an opportunity for other positions, especially when they are star employees.
