if you're not a hunter if you're not motivated if you don't want to be the best if you cannot accept coaching or the word no this is not a job for you if you can accept all those things I said above this is where you are going to make money Allconnect recognizes the agents Dayton Cinemas and what I love about it is that so many people are competitive so it makes you drive is a lot of energy so if you sensitive and can't take constructive coaching constructive criticism you know don't apply

None other than the insurance wasn't all that good expensive you got a little baby for your buck

Keep doing what you doing I think management with great transparent they were eager to help and see you succeed HR was great

Great sales opportunity to make a base salary and non-cap commission, competitive environment with opportunity to grow within the company, awesome co-workers with positive attitudes, a great training and management team to give you the tools needed to be successful

Need smaller teams so Leadership can give each Sales Professional proper, attention, guidance and tools to succeed
