Pros
The leadership and culture at Alliance are incredible for a number of reasons, but the most important is that they actually care about their employees as well as their customers, and it shows. The company attracts amazing people who stay for years (average employee tenure is 9+ years), and I can totally understand why after being here for just a short amount of time. Everyone at Alliance is caring, supportive, motivated, knowledgeable, and obviously enjoys being a part of this team. I've never worked for such a genuine company, and that makes my job both fun and rewarding.
Cons
Not sure this is a con, but I would love to see more animals like Rocky, our “Chief Morale Officer,” at the office – it really works!
Advice to Management
You already do an amazing job recognizing the efforts of your employees, which is why it's so easy to work hard and stay put, so please continue to preserve this wonderful company culture no matter how large we grow in the future.

Pros
Work remote That’s it. If you are looking at this company please keep in mind there are 100+ better options in same industry that will actually pay you more and most likely provide better leadership
Cons
They are under staffed in service so issues happen way to often from day 1 during implementation Since they are understaffed the service teams are overworked and overwhelmed which causes a lot of issues Underpaid industry average Technology is under industry average Lack of team environment Technology looks the same as it does 30 years ago They do not pay accurately on commissions and don’t care to look into it after you brought it up several times
Advice to Management
Quit lying about who you really are.

Pros
Fun energetic environment Leadership is accessible and honest Creative fixes are encouraged and acted on Always celebrating peoples achievements Pay was great
Cons
Having to go back to college Clients are given many opportunities to do things the easy way, and they could probably lean on them more and train them on how to do that versus do everything for them.
Advice to Management
Keep this as a fun place to be, not stuffy, but with smart people! Hope to interview and land a full time position when I graduate.

Pros
I have been with Alliance for a long time, and this is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I never dread coming to work!! Upper Management is kind, caring, understanding, and compassionate. The entire company is just like one big family. I'm grateful and so thankful to be apart of the Alliance team.
Cons
Ill say this- if there is a downside, its not one for long- we are a team and we work to fix cons/issues when they arise. So honestly- I don't have any cons.
Advice to Management
