Pros
Good benefits, Good work space. Close to downtown. Lots of shops and eating place nearby. Salary good. Annual review .
Cons
Place is little political. Very hard to reach upper management.
Advice to Management
Need to be careful what you say. They do not like constructive criticism. Work hard you may able get your rewards. Be simple.

Does Allison-Smith offer malpractice insurance?
Pros
The Money was above average in the area
Cons
The days off were far and few between. Worked 6-7 days a week. Communication was ineffective. The insurance was below average. Cannot advance based on education.
Advice to Management
Work your employees 5 days a week or even consider 4 days a week at 10 or 12 hours a day. This would boost morale.

Work culture is not good. There is a bully at the company, they all know who it is and they keep up with her. Most employees left because of her. Pay is also not good at all.
