Make some good friends between coworkers and patients

Racism, sexism, insane egos, laziness, lies. A lot of them thrive on negativity. There is a time thief, that will cry in order to get something out of someone, will make you do things and then say she did it. One higher than her is completely awful and is a human resource nightmare. They refuse to pay you what you are worth and will get mad if you don’t want to take a promotion.

Advice to Management

Actually listen to people when they tell you there are problems with higher ups. These people will tank your entire business if you let them. STOP LETTING THEM!!!

Racism, sexism, insane egos, laziness, lies.
