Pros

I didn't see any pros during my time there

Cons

Harassments, discrimination, bullying, favoritism, and bad culture

Advice to Management

First try not to raise your voice, yelling and banging on desks during discussions, this is a professional business. Just because you've been with the company for log time doesn't give you the right bulling people. This is US and lots of people have accent, so I don't think it's right to make fun of them.

Pros

Remote work No micro-managing Work/life balance

Cons

No communication with management Benefits mess up when being absorbed No sense of belonging No educational advancement offers

Advice to Management

My last company had been bought by Amentum and it was a painstaking process. Pay, benefits, and PTO were messed up all the time and we didn't get any sort of timeline of when it would be resolved. Management and HR weren't ever as stressed as you were about these topics. Felt like there was no communication or community within the company.

Pros

Work four days a week.

Cons

Intimidation Harassment Bullying No communication with supervisors. A lot he said, she said. No job security A lot of gossip A lot of rumors And a lot of unsafe practices.

Advice to Management

The management do not check on employees. They had multiple employee smoking inside and outside of bunkers. Because they too lazy to get up and check. The female supervisor in inventory used intimidation tactics because she did not get her way. The intimidation was reported and nothing was done. There is no job security whatsoever. I think UPPER management needs to evaluate the entire management at this facility.
