What are co-workers like at American Marketing and Publishing?

Pros

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for AMP. I am not going to lie, starting out was rough as you have to prospect (cold call) in order to become an account manager. However, the things that I have learned and the encouragement that my coworkers and management have given me have been nothing short of phenomenal. I truly believe that AMP cares about their employees and works extremely hard to help them succeed. The morning success calls and all of the other tools that they put in place are empowering and make me feel like I can accomplish what I would like. The work culture is very supportive and I feel a sense of belonging when I am with my coworkers. Furthermore, management is kind, understanding and do everything they can to help me reach my goals and succeed. AMP has changed my life for the better and I am a harder worker and much more confident because of this company. Cannot say enough good things about the people here and all they have done for me!!!

Cons

The first couple of weeks are very hard because you have to prospect (cold call). However, if you can get through it, the reward is great!

Advice to Management

Ashley and Raegan are especially great. Treat them like the queens they are!

The work culture is very supportive and I feel a sense of belonging when I am with my coworkers.
