What is the work environment like at Apleona HSG?

Pros

The work: You get a lot of help from the Space Planning colleagues from other regions. Most of the coworkers are really nice people. You can make your own working schedules, and even work remotely if you want. As long as you get all things done on time, no one will say a thing. Some Clients can make it REALLY stressful though I had 2 weeks of "training" at the beginning and got to know many colleagues from other cities, which is always nice. Workers Council is probably in the room with you, so you can always have a quick chat. Payment could be better, but isn´t too bad either for Berlin standards.

Cons

The contract is a temporary one. The Work: Most of the planning goes to the bin, as the clients can´t agree among themselves on what to ask for. Once they decide what they want , they´ll need it instantly. So be prepared for some huge stress. The working atmosphere: You work at the client´s facility you get treated accordingly (Apleona does not subsidize its employees at the Cafeteria). IT department is real slow when you need things fixed.

Advice to Management

Take more care of your employees. Get to know the real situation before trying to apply standards and schemes the client won´t follow.

How do employees feel about working conditions at Apleona HSG?
