      They give you a lot of flexibility with your schedule and vacation , also they give you a lot of benefits that helps you stay healthy and manage your stress.

      Not everyone with whom you are working is prepare for the role so you can have resistance is implemeting programs and salaries are not very high

      Generally very friendly work environment with helpful coworkers. Work-life balance for techs at least is very good. Benefits are good and base pay is relatively high (though no shift allowance for day shift). Convenient locations with shuttle services.

      Cons

      Little to no chance of progression outside of your current job scope/level. Management cannot seem to decide if they have too little or too much manpower at times.
