Good knowledge good co -workers Hybrid work model
Cons
Bad HR interactions No work life balance(10+ all day without doubt) Bad quality accessories pushed to work even on weekends(no compensation also provided for that) Low salary Agreement for 3 years(need to pay 2.5L)

Don't put bond and make them your slave .

Does Aspire Systems offer housing assistance?
Pros
1.Encouraging employees by giving gift once in year for all and festival sweet box during festival time 2.Appraisal will be given 10-15% depends on project 3.shift allowance will paid for infra support team 4. 5% variable pay is there will paid back to employees 100-140 % depends on company performance

1.Laptop are not for given for new joiners even if they are giving would be desktop and very rarely new laptop will be given
