What are perks and other benefits like at Austin Telco FCU?

Pros

Good starting pay. Decent benefits.

Cons

Favoritism. Lack of uniformity on enforcement of policy. Disorganized training at some branches. Application for vacation days is unrealistic and prioritized differently from branch to branch. Seniority at some is years with the company while at others it determined by your “rank”.

Advice to Management

Great hours and many holidays, but atrocious people skills… especially upper management of HR. Get real about giving vacation approval. No one can really know 6 months in advance about when they might need time off. Adopt a more structured training program for new tellers.

Decent benefits.

Pros

If your goal is to learn more about finances, I would recommend starting here.
