Hard to move up. An organizational change every year or two, it is tech. Everyone, even new is expected to be very independent and operate with minimal guidance.

Autodesk is full of great people, strong leadership, and has an impressive company culture initiative. The employee benefits continue to grow in a positive direction, and they are constantly generating on improving the employee experience.

As a large, public company things are constantly changing so you have to be good at pivoting often and dealing with restructing.

Great culture and benefits and a lot of really great people. If you get on the right projects, can be really exciting.
Cons
Easy to get pigeonholed into certain roles. Not a lot of mentoring by management. Company tends to favor filling leadership positions externally rather than investing in current employees.
