- I've been at Autodesk for almost a year, and honestly I love every day working at this great company. The company has a solid open and inclusive culture that's being driven from the top leadership. - Besides, this is truly family oriented company, where one can have a great WLB. - Compensation is great (I know some of you might say there is better Pascale, but it's quite compensative if you compare it with other companies of the same size)

Non-stop layoffs, no clear path forward, and leadership embraces hateful woke ideology not supported by the majority of diverse employee.

Advice to Management

End politics in the office. Focus on people and end the division.

Recruit experienced, competent security leaders for the senior leadership roles, until that changes nothing will improve Invest in hiring experienced engineers Pay competitive salaries

Inclusion, diversity, and transparent communication at a departmental/organizational level...it exists in the mission but still not there when it's played out in reality

Good if you don't mind getting fired by a CEO for which money is the only value.

Cons

Be happy to still have a job, the more experience you get with them the closer you are to the door, no matter how experienced and dedicated you are. All that matter in this company is money in the pocket in the CEO.

Get rid of the CEO, culture of exploiting employees.

Recommended but there is room for improvement in the salary for finance team. The culture is good an leadership is getting investment focused.

Salary compared to engineers or data analyst are not even in the same ball park. Company is continuing to see insane top line revenue an investing in the future
