Pros

A good working environment with support from management. It suffers from some turnover but the people were great to work with.

Cons

The only downside was working through Upwork who takes a bit off the salary.

Pros

Supportive training team and technical team

Cons

They do not care about their employees. It is only about sales and crazy sales targets that are hard to meet. They lie to you during the interview that it will be a 2 weeks training, but it is only 1-week training. In the 2nd week, you are supposed to shine and produce results as if you have been working there forever. If a customer hangs up the phone, it is still counted as a lost sale and affects your score. Call transfers to other departments also affect your score even if a customer had just called in to enquire about a delivery. There is no clear drawn schedule for breaks and people end up working the entire shift without breaks. Employees are overworked and they keep on resigning. If you have 2 lost sales in the same hour, you are told to punch out so that that hour is not affected by a potential 3rd lost sale. So you have to wait until you are told to punch in again. This reduces your working hours and yet you cannot leave the laptop because you can be called in any time. Low Pay

Advice to Management

Stop overworking people. You will end up losing even the best employees. That's why there is a high employee turnover. Separate sales calls from delivery and customer service calls.
