B4 Logistics is a great place to work. There is a real comradery here from the top of the totem pole, all the way down. Management and all team members want to see other succeed, and will help in any way they can. The income potential is great, and the tools and time are given to you, so that you can reach the heights you wish.
Cons
The cons at working at B4 logistics have more to do with the industry than the company itself. There is a lot of variables in the trucking industry. So you have to be adaptable and willing to learn. Training can be a little challenging, because a lot of scenarios are only teachable when the event comes up.
Advice to Management
Just keep going with the structure in place. The investments in team moral and skills is great, and will pay off long term.
