Does BNY Mellon offer massages?
Pros
no challenging work, great benefits, 9-5er and there is free water
Cons
In an effort to reduce cost, I'm afraid this company will start selling bathroom tokens to employees as to discourage them from leaving their desk and fund whatever they have in their vending machines

Does BNY Mellon offer dental insurance?
Pros
Good benefits including 401k match up to 7%
Cons
Dental insurance is poor which is surprising for a company of this size. Inflation is outpacing annual pay bumps, but I expect this is the case for most companies in 2021 & 2022.

Does BNY Mellon have a pension plan?
Pros
Decent pension and good benefits including flexible working. I had been working flexibly long before Covid
Cons
Professional development somewhat lacked a little and senior management were unattainable.
Advice to Management
Try not to get bogged down with back to back meetings making access to management for guidance unattainable. Often felt like my manager only contacted me on their terms. They never picked up the phone to me or answered my instant messages or emails in a timely manner. Other than delegate work, there was not much guidance or "management" that came until the performance review.
Decent pension and good benefits including flexible working.
