How are senior leaders perceived at Baird & Warner?

Pros

1. A "People-first", "Do the right thing" Culture 2. Strong culture of Empowerment 3. ONE-Company collaborative vision and engagement across ALL three owned companies: B&W Residential Sales, Baird & Warner Title Services and Key Mortgage Services....Business lines are NOT Silo'd AT ALL!! 4. Humble and Approachable Executive Management Team 5. A company filled with Servant Leaders 6. Very thoughtful decisioning is tightly aligned to vision and goals...never a disconnect. 7. The Leadership team is an incredibly tight family of committed professionals 8. Committed to the agent - their training, one-on-one coaching/mentoring and extremely high levels of management availability. 9. Being an independently held private company, we're not tied to quarterly shareholder expectations....can have a longer term vision which allows us to make better decisions in the short term as well. 10. 165-yr history of unprecedented adaptability resulting in the ability to pivot quickly when 11. Investment in technology that no national firm can match. 12. I knew we were good, but the way we came together so quickly and collaborative to keep our business and broker associates moving forward was awe-inspiring, truly.

Honestly, we need to do a better job getting the secret out about just how genuinely incredible this place is to be a part of. We truly are the Whole Packageg....once agents join B&W they don't often leave.

Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you for allowing a culture of transparency , accessibility and doing-the-right-thing from top to bottom. It allows us to step out with confidence for our offices and for our people

How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at Baird & Warner?

Pros

Very supportive Managing Broker and the Best support staff Ever, excellent training program and continuing courses held at the office. agents are always willing to help with questions and the office is very goal oriented, team driven and continually supportive.

Cons

Some Unwelcomed Drama brought on by gossip. Also, there are Top Producers that think the office could not function without them- There is Always someone out there that can produce more and is willing show you.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing because it clearly works. since you have been managing Boker, you have grown this office into a place we are all proud of. you have recruited many amazing agents and created a family of hard working realtors that actually like one another, cheer each other on and work toward Team goals with Title and Key Mortgage. We are agents who believe in and stand behind our Managing Broker and his Brilliant Support Staff. I would confidently say if there is someone so unhappy in our office, just remember; The Grass is not always Greener on the other side. .. Except for possibly in the game Golf. There are some gorgeous fairways out there.
