Hours are long. Most management jobs ask for 50 hours per week, but this one required 2 14 hours days per week, and sometimes on top of that a 12 hour day. Often outside sales and events would cause the 50 hour work week to push 60 hours.

While you dont have to offer the best benefits, any at all would be nice. Work life balance needs to be viewed as well. These 2 things are key to happy employees.
