Good people, good office and location. Great benefits, pension plan and 401K with good company match. Work from home is allowed one day a week. Laid back environment at times. Company went through reorganization and it introduced a lot of new tools and processes.

Managers in technical departments are not technical at all and its hard to explain anything to them. They come up with unrealistic ideas and you have to go above and beyond when explaining them that it won't work that way.
