The hours, pay and management are great also great advancement opportunities

Training Systems weren't always working so it made it hard to get hands-on experience before going out on the floor.

Hopefully training systems are fully operational now

What is the hiring process like at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas | HCSC?
Pros
1. The interview process was thorough. 3 rounds of interviews, with hiring manager, the technical team, and a couple of other managers. 2. Interviews were well organized and planned. Interviewers were very kind and knowledgable. 3. I asked for and was given a tour to the workplace at the end of the interview, so that I was able to feel the vibes of the workplace. 4. The onboarding process was quite intensive - one full day of training, and then almost 3 days to finish the online training classes.
Cons
Have not had any negative experiences. But the open workspace can be noisy from time to time, and need to find a room to stay focused.

Great program, great ability to navigate and network, supportive team, amazing and open culture amongst people, everyone loves working there, they are happy you are there and want you to be involved and give you real projects, tons of diversity
Cons
Slow on-boarding process, it was virtual the summer I went so never got to see the office
