Advice to Management
Offer salaries that are actually competitive. This would help you hire good talent and retain your best engineers. Stop adding more management and work on building from the ground up. You don't need a 10 VPs to make your company seem like it has vision, allow your employees to help craft that.
BR used to be innovative. Working from wherever isn't innovative when plenty of tech companies offer this already. If you want to be an industry leader again, focus on using other tech companies as a baseline/bare-minimum for what you offer, then move up from there.
