Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Braeburn, particularly: - top notch benefits, I still haven't seen another employer come close to matching; - very enjoyable people to work with, who are passionate about the Company's mission; - I felt that I was rewarded for hard work through promotions, recognition, etc.; - does not have the big pharma bureaucracy typically seen in the industry.

Cons

The only thing I would have liked to see more while at the Company was more resources for outside education, whether it be paid seminars, trainings, etc.

Pros

The CEO is very smart and accessible. Strong company vision. The company hiring is savvy. The management team is experienced and thoughtful. Overall, Braeburn is full of good, smart, and kind people. It's a special place to work. Fantastic benefits--free healthcare for the employees (modest additional cost for family members), great bonus program, and industry leading PTO.

Cons

Really none. It's not really a "con," just an observation that the company is small but growing. As a result, you get a lot of experience (good!) but there is no place to hide. If you like that kind of dynamic environment, you will love it, but if not, you can't sort of blend in the way you might at bigger pharma.

Pros

Mission and People--amazing! Every Braeburn employee truly embraced the mission and focused on the patient with OUD. Hearing patient stories and understanding a patient's recovery journey were embedded in our daily work life. Employee resilience, business acumen and passion to help patients were like nothing I've experienced at past companies. Braeburn was a place for continued learning & camaraderie--and the company benefits were best in the industry!

Cons

Pipeline and lack of FDA approval of product.

Advice to Management

Continue to seek FDA approval for product.
