Pros

Braeburn places the patient at the center of EVERYTHING we do! I have spent over 30 years in the pharma industry and many companies talk about putting the patient first, Braeburn does!! The culture is fantastic and the team is full of hard working, dedicated and FUN people. The benefits package is the best I have ever experienced. Because the company is small you get experience and exposure to many aspects of a start-up organization. I feel valued and appreciated for my talents and contributions. I feel my work will directly help fight the opioid overdose crisis.

Cons

Because the company is a start-up and relatively small sometimes we are more resource-conscious than I have experienced in the past at large organizations. However this is also a positive because we find new and innovative ways to complete work within our own four walls.

Continue to involve your employees in working groups to add our thoughts, perspectives and ideas. Your employees really appreciate having a seat at the table, thank you!
