Every single person is dedicated to solving our clients' design challenges while keeping a pulse on future-proofing our experiences so they can remain cutting-edge and captivating. This inspiring environment creates for a culture of transparency and strong teamwork: everyone on the team is motivated to help each other and maintain the goals of our projects. If ever I leave Britelite, it'll be incredibly hard to top it...this is the best job of my career. -Aside from the above, Britelite preaches work-life balance by encouraging the team to take the time they need for both physical and mental health, prioritize family, and take care of each other. -Britelite is a great environment for those looking to display leadership and expertise in their work: each individual is given ownership over their role. Peer mentorship and strong, experienced department heads provide you with open feedback and opportunities to sharpen your skills. -A culture that promotes socializing with coworkers, minus the cheesy team-building: there's no forced fun as everyone truly enjoys one another.
