Does Brown-Forman have a pension plan?

Pros

some benefits, pension, lunch once a week

Cons

Lack of communication. Disrespectful management & abuse of power. Pay does not reflect responsibility. Lack of integrity. Inclusion & diversity is non existent. The double standards here are also disgraceful.

Does Brown-Forman offer a wellness program?

Pros

Every single employee lives and breathes the cultural values. Relatively young, enigmatic and innovative leaders that show empathy toward those below them in terms of reports. A very diverse group of employees which is highlighted in a male dominated industry. Personal development is taken very seriously, and internal promotions are favoured over external recruitment. Highly efficient and effective organisational structure. Very low rate of turn over - in fact, I read recently that the average tenure for Brown-Forman employees in the US is 10 years. I’m not sure what the average tenure in Aus is, but I’d imagine it’s around the same. HR department actually listens to, cares about and strives to resolve any concerns, rather than foremost and exclusively caring about the reputation of the company. Generous annual product allowance along with a multitude of other benefits (including free mental health services).

Cons

There really are none. I’m serious.
