The reporting managers are given too much authority, power and they pretend to know how to manage others in team, they pretend in front of leaders and HR and Company owner, They only know to get work done, also they are not interested in anything, intelligence and technical ability is what they value, not don't value the person.

Advice to Management

If you find only technical ability and connect that to performance they company will grow only on that basis, you will make profit thinking this itself is great profit, find people who manage others with 50% technical ability and 50% people who value others and see all will grow, if only technical is considered profitable then rest of the ,members will earn their bread and if all considered equally important then you have the whole company working for more than your goal, it will also earn a respectable mark in the society, it will also be more creative, take you to greater heights nobody wants to work with only HIGH IQ, want to work with good managers. If you make profit with only technical capability then think how much more profit if all were working towards company vision, The owner, and higher leadership and all are good but the middle reporting managers they are a different breed,
