- fast work culture, one after another work keeps coming - every morning meetings are very long and everyone keeps asking and talking and not explaining what item and what is happening - teams are all talking fast fast ( but all other assignment, work related stuffs are good and clear)

Advice to Management

Too many unncessary fish market meetings Please see how meetings are being done like fish market and nobody tells anyone anything, they are only caring about their item explanation, why all should be together for all meetings then if nobody is explaining to others ?
