How are senior leaders perceived at Burson Cohn & Wolfe?

Pros

Office snacks, incredible brains from legacy BM, opportunities to work on national brands, and incredibly smart junior staff members

Cons

Manipulative and untrustworthy leadership, inappropriate workplace behavior, "Who do you know at the top?" style promotion/salary structure and uninspiring work

Advice to Management

You should probably just shut it down... BCW is a really awful place to work that's begun to embody every negative PR trope out there. Your middle management is hell bent on hazing junior staff because they had a rough time coming up in PR in the '80s/'90s so now they're going to turn a crop of bright and hardworking people into ex-PR pros because they can't get over their own traumas.
