What are perks and other benefits like at Campus Advantage?

Loved the people i worked with, met a lot of nice people.

was forced to do a lot more than my role responsibilities, without the compensation or benefits...while i was a full-time student.

Recognizes your hard work! Benefits are great! 12weeks 100% paid maternity leave! Management is transparent and keeps you in the loop. Everyday can be different as it is very fast paced so always super busy but we work hard and play hard!

It is very fast paced, so that may not be doable for everyone

Super great people all around, decent pay, and good benefits

Very limited growth opportunities once you are off site, slow to adjust, people at the top lack leadership which causes a constant turnover with management contracts.

Advice to Management

Stop promoting the top people and focus on leadership development of Corp employees

Pros

- Great career opportunities - Training upon onboarding and continuing weekly trainings - Resources are being added such as close management tools, workflow systems, etc. - Fun, challenging environment - I can contribute to the change or the organization - Good pay and benefits - Management provides resources that are needed to perform the job

Cons

- There are times when long workdays are needed during close as well and implementing projects

Pros

-Always room to get promoted -Many properties to get relocated if wanted

Cons

-Average benefits -Some older properties (harder to sell)
