Pros
The work you do contributes to helping people who need it. Good benefits. There are some really great people who care about the work they do.
Cons
I had a lot of hope for this company when I first started. It's sad to not feel the same way anymore. The culture has gotten to a point of toxic positivity. It's better to say nothing than speak your honest mind. There's a big gap between managers salaries and their subordinates. Some people get regular raises and bonuses when others have never even seen a raises. Managers say to give ideas for progress, but none are ever taken into consideration. After a while, you begin to give up on wanting to make the team better.
Advice to Management
Listen to your people. Be honest with how things are going whether it's good or bad. You say you want to be transparent with employees, so do it, for the little things and the big things. Be transparent, honest, accountable. The vision of Cariloop is really great for the people we help, but some employees are being left behind. Change can be good, but quietly letting people go or being reactionary in business decisions is not a good kind of change.

Pros
Culture is transparent from the top down. Very friendly and "eels like a second family" oriented. Benefits are great and continue to expand Teamwork is amazing. Such "work together" attitude from everyone. I never feel alone even in a virtual work environment. Communication is always helpful, positive and uplifting. There is NO negativity! Future goals and expectations of the company are without limits and everyone shares in that development. Appreciation and positive feedback is frequent and meaningful. Life-changing environment!
Cons
Trying to find a negative component to this company will result in wasted time and motion! Having many years in the corporate world, I came to Cariloop with preconceived skepticism and sure I would find something I didn't like...has not happened and I have been pleasantly surprised.
Advice to Management
Continue to create the caring atmosphere for our team, our families, and our members. You have created a culture and work that I am proud to be a part of, and am so thrilled to help in the work of this amazing phenomena called Cariloop.
