What are perks and other benefits like at Caruso Homes?

Pros

Stable Company, great benefits, nice offices

Cons

There is a weird vibe in the company. Lots of nepotism--the President is the owner's brother in law. He would never have a position like that if he was not related to the owner and the insecurity is very evident. Other staff also related to the owner or long time friends. Favoritism is very evident, nothing is based on merit. It seems your are either in or out with management--boys club mentality. No diversity at all...I would look for a position at a better run company.

Advice to Management

Nepotism/ hiring friends is ok as long as the employees have the experience to handle the position.
