Good pay, friendly staff, beautiful campus

Cons

Enemies could be your manager, and if that is the case then you are screwed and can be terminated for the smallest of things.

Advice to Management

To treat your staff better, and hear them out rather than "ganging up"

Great bunch of dedicated people that support each other! Well organized place Clean and always have needed supplies

Cons

Consist stuffing issues Horrible computer system Too many unnecessary meetings Pay is not impressive versus expectations

Advice to Management

Spend less time on meetings and more with Frontline employees!

everybody is friendly,,helping each other..and most of all the respect are inside everybody..

only the salary,,but the benefit are also great ,,but the salary is not enough..

Advice to Management

if they should increase an employee for the service rendered,,it should be a dollar,,not cents per hour...
