What are perks and other benefits like at Center for Autism and Related Disorders?

Pros

- Overall very friendly and caring staff - Provides training - Flexible scheduling (but difficult to change after it is set) - Some therapist perks (paid sick time can be collected but cannot be used whenever you want, can collect "points" to "buy" things" - Newer offices have great resources - Very professional - Excellent stepping stone/starting point

Cons

- Pay wasn't too great - Some people on your team aren't up to par - Depending on the supervisor, you might be stuck with a tough case (some supervisors aren't very helpful) - Frequent changes in clients = inconsistency with treatment (At times I felt like I was walking into a client's home totally blind and unaware. Sometimes I would see a client for 2 hours and never see them again. It doesn't really do much for me or for the client when this happens)

Advice to Management

Need a better system for fill-ins and/or don't do random "whoever is available" subs; it wastes valuable treatment time for clients and gives therapists a hard time as well.
