How are career development opportunities at CentiMark?
Pros
The day to day culture is unique to each office but overall CentiMark's company culture is great! You can tell they value and care for each of their employees. Management is always responsive to requests or needs. There is a lot of room to grow and move up!
Cons
It can be difficult to move up in smaller offices as employee retention is high.

What kind of career opportunities exist at CentiMark?
Pros
Incredible opportunity and room for growth and advancement. A positive environment, with excellent management and leadership that is approachable and always available to talk and listen to employees. A company that is built on integrity and offers excellent benefits for its employees.
Cons
Heavy workloads. Long days. Some streamlining needed in the internal processes.
Advice to Management
Not all salary employees are the same, base salaries should reflect that. New hires should shadow management closely at the beginning of employment when the Director of Training is not around. This would expedite the onboard process. There is a lot of complacency in office staff that is unmotivated for whatever reasons.

Pros
Consistent work, tools provided for you. Company is big on safety. Opportunity for raises and promotions. Great benefits and 401k. Also get fully vested in their stock program ESOP after 5 years
Cons
Only limited to 10 hours a day

How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at CentiMark?
Pros
Eventually a company vehicle for sales associates.
Cons
No on-boarding process, no training, no organization, but plenty of criticism.
Advice to Management
Crawl out from under the rock, stop everyone from using the f-bomb, start an on-boarding process, get a uniformed national training dept, and look very closely at those who blame others.

What is the feeling of job security at CentiMark?
Pros
I like my career at CentiMark mostly because of my current job position. I have a great mix of inside and outside work, and I meet new people all of the time. There is always potential to advance within the company and even work for CentiMark if you relocate.
Cons
In response to the pro's, I do have outside work that needs to be completed in all four seasons. There are some stressful times as well, but they are worth the reward.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work, you are doing a great job putting the right people in the right place.
