Pros

Consistent work, tools provided for you. Company is big on safety. Opportunity for raises and promotions. Great benefits and 401k. Also get fully vested in their stock program ESOP after 5 years

Cons

Only limited to 10 hours a day

No other roofing company offers what Centimark offers. ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program), 401K match, Health Benefits, paid vacations, and holidays.

High stress and often communication issues . Varies from office to office.

Remember training needs to continue even beyond the initial 90 day period.
