Pros

The day to day culture is unique to each office but overall CentiMark's company culture is great! You can tell they value and care for each of their employees. Management is always responsive to requests or needs. There is a lot of room to grow and move up!

Cons

It can be difficult to move up in smaller offices as employee retention is high.

- Competitive Pay / Salary and an ESOP company - OPPORTUNITIES For advancement - Clear Career Path - Merit Based Reward System - You will get what you put into it! - Family Owned, close-knit team environment - will get to meet/know people around the country - Resources for Learning -- Lots of veteran professionals and OJT Training - Freedom and resources to be successful as long as you put the effort in *** People make this their career and retire hear - many employees have been here 20+ years......... CentiMark is doing something right!

Cons

- Some weeks are Long hours to get the job done
