What is the retirement plan like at CentiMark?

Pros

No other roofing company offers what Centimark offers. ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program), 401K match, Health Benefits, paid vacations, and holidays.

How are career development opportunities at CentiMark?

Pros

Incredible opportunity and room for growth and advancement. A positive environment, with excellent management and leadership that is approachable and always available to talk and listen to employees. A company that is built on integrity and offers excellent benefits for its employees.

Cons

Heavy workloads. Long days. Some streamlining needed in the internal processes.

Advice to Management

Not all salary employees are the same, base salaries should reflect that. New hires should shadow management closely at the beginning of employment when the Director of Training is not around. This would expedite the onboard process. There is a lot of complacency in office staff that is unmotivated for whatever reasons.
