What is it like working with clients or customers at CentiMark?

Out of the 16 years in roofing I have never had a company care about its employees, customers, or its community more then CentiMark. Honest work, great benifits, and you truly are apart of not only a team but a family,
Cons
If you can't keep up with a fast paced large company, you will get lost. This is not a take a back seat company.

What kind of work are employees expected to do at CentiMark?
Pros
Incredible opportunity and room for growth and advancement. A positive environment, with excellent management and leadership that is approachable and always available to talk and listen to employees. A company that is built on integrity and offers excellent benefits for its employees.
Cons
Heavy workloads. Long days. Some streamlining needed in the internal processes.
Advice to Management
Not all salary employees are the same, base salaries should reflect that. New hires should shadow management closely at the beginning of employment when the Director of Training is not around. This would expedite the onboard process. There is a lot of complacency in office staff that is unmotivated for whatever reasons.
Heavy workloads.
