Advice to Management

Close the Fairfield location down because some of the employees have Covid 19 and stop piling more work on us from the New Jersey facility without telling us.

Pros

Working conditions are good, ac in the summer & heated in the winter. Most days are spent working independently, putting our products on the shelf & merchandising as well.

Cons

The $ hourly rate isn’t great..that’s about my only con. Solid benefit package helps ease the pain.

Advice to Management

Our company had record sales this year, so a bonus or incentive for us “in the field “would be great, and well deserved too.

Pros

Work life balance, medical coverage, real leaders as opposed to transactional bosses, fast growing company, no micromanagement as long as you did your job well.

Cons

Turnover is very low in salary roles so moving up can be challenging, pay could be better but not terrible, 401k match needs work.

The company is a leader in multiple industries Decent benefits health care and retirment

Cons

Does not promote from within the company This company also pays sales reps below industry average( at least in my section of the business)

Advice to Management

Promote from within the company, and be a leader in paying employees above industry standards
