What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Central Garden & Pet?

Pros

Location is the only plus. Walnut creek makes for an easy commute

Cons

There is a continual revolving door of people and leadres in the company, all the way up to the CEO. Very telling. No consistant strategy and lots of back stabbing. Human resources represents senior leaders only and not the employees concerns. Company does not support employees or their concerns. Would stay away!

Advice to Management

Think about the employees. Let HR act in employees interest and not be a mouthpiece for management

No consistant strategy and lots of back stabbing.
