Benefits are good, no micromanaging, pay is not bad and wfh, career advancement

Honestly the people are what makes this company not so great. There really is no culture for wfh people and they’re seriously lacking with training. It’s definitely sink or swim here and you may be swimming for a while bc no one is really helpful (especially if you’re coming in here with no experience) people only worry about themselves here and what they can do to get ahead. Leadership tries to fix the issue but they aren’t doing a great job. No job is easy but it definitely makes this job harder.

Advice to Management

Hire more people and promote sme’s to train newcomers so that they aren’t completely lost in the beginning.
