Pros
Good Salary, good shares, great product,
Cons
10-14 hr days, no direct senior management support, project managers frequently blamed for bad senior manager decisions, high attrition rate, senior manager bullies are protected and the victims treated with severe lack of compassion and humanity. Frontline employees are regularly gas lighted and made into scapegoats.
Advice to Management
Work on culture for your people, get that right first. You're a global highly profitable company, its the most important asset (people) that got you there. Remember that.

Pros
Good hard working colleagues who go the extra mile. Working from home is a great feature. Relatively good benefits.
Cons
Constant back and forth on business goals for the Services Team. Services team is bloated with managers and associate managers (some promoted from consulting) who were never good consultants themselves who are now laying down the foundation of consulting. Scripted demonstrations by these individuals on how to perform all of this does not inspire any confidence amongst those who do the work. How were these promotions even vetted? Disappointing. Everyone is overworked and apathy is setting in. Very poor upper leadership composed of SAP executives who take the business in every direction with no direction.
Advice to Management
Don't fall prey to cronyism and favoritism. Really look at who deserves to be promoted...when you act based on favoritism, it destroys the morale within the business and limits the business's growth.

Pros
The coworkers are okay Benefits are so so
Cons
The issue is that the management team at all levels have their favourite ppl or clique and once you become part of the management clique they get to slack off with the management team and get away with murder ...... they say the have the work / life balance but they actually don’t ..... they work you like dogs and have you on timers and if your taking too long to assist a client which they think rack call shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes than they start to send you pop up messages to say you have been on the call this many minutes and than log in to listen to your call to assure it’s work related conversation with the client ..... no matter how long you have been their they don’t care as your just a number for them . The turn over is so high that employee’s are underpaid and management never appreciate the employee’s feedback and constructive feedback on change as its their way or the highway ..... management treat their staff like low class citizens as they never appreciate them and their work ethics.... Ceridian doesn’t have any good work ethics towards their employees ..... they only give the management team the massive increases and not even give their employees the maximum of the higher end of cost of living increases .... I wouldn’t refer anybody to them as they treat their employees and customers like poo
Advice to Management
You should be grateful that you have awesome employee’s that go above and beyond but you pay them way lower than what they actually are worth ! Disgusted with management and how they treat employees

Pros
I worked in a good number of organizations, and Ceridian is by far the best I have ever worked for. It starts with good company values. As in every company, your job satisfaction and engagement levels will depend to a huge degree on how good your line management is, both in terms of empathy and of technical competence. The good news is that at Ceridian the vast majority of people are really nice and emphatic, and there is a lot of talent in the ranks, which very much does reflect the company's values. The organization also makes continuous efforts to focus on employee engagement and to provide employees with autonomy and flexibility and work-life balance. The work is interesting, the product is good and getting better every year, and there definitely are good training and career growth opportunities.
Cons
In my several years at Ceridian, I have experienced a couple of less than great managers, but always eventually found space and a path to voice my concerns, and with HR and Senior Management support, progress and solutions have been found. Again, no organization is perfect, but Ceridian does try to resolve issues and live up to its values
