Does Change Healthcare offer a wellness program?

Pros

- Cutting edge offerings from both acquisitions and legacy technology have made Change a major player in the industry - Very supportive of self development and education - Broad reach in healthcare means lots of opportunities for growth - Healthcare is good if you utilize wellness program to reduce premiums

Cons

- Too many chiefs, not enough worker bees at times - Ironically poor IT for a technology company, way too much outsourcing - Gatekeeping/Bureacracy seems to have worsened from legacy McKesson

Advice to Management

Increase transparency and consistency when delivering bad news. Employees should hear the same message from Change leadership rather than having to bug their People Leader. Increase usability of analytics offerings by being more friendly to back-end/data warehouse use by clients. Utilize user groups to encourage collaboration and knowledge exchange both internally and with those we provide tools to as well as avenues for feedback/improvements.

Healthcare is good if you utilize wellness program to reduce premiums

What are perks and other benefits like at Change Healthcare?

Pros

Vacation time and relaxed attire are the only perks.

Cons

Management is horrid!! Starting from Executive manager, directors and managers. If they got rid of most of the managers and started over, the Queensbury office would be better off. Most of the supervisors are ok, some of them, theirs heads are too big! Too many cheifs and not enough indians!!

Advice to Management

Fired yourselves!!

Vacation time and relaxed attire are the only perks.
