Why do Chartboost employees quit?

Pros

-Dynamism, constant change, new things to do and learn -Many opportunities to take on cool projects to improve stuff and see impact -No micromanagement -Flexible environment, good colleagues and overall good work/life balance -Good name in the industry

Cons

-Salary, could have been higher or easier to get increase, given the fact how fast we grow and achievements that we make on the company level -Treatment of employee after leave, too calculated and alianated approach to employees when the contract is being finished or terminated

-Keep the good work! -Reward employees that are crucial to company's success more - with better salaries/packages.
