Pros

The children are fun to work with and some toys are provided to start with.

Cons

Very minimal support. You receive minimal training before working 1:1 with kiddos without any supervision. It is a very for-profit business and seemed like the main priority was to staff as many technicians with kids. It would have been helpful to match kiddos based on technician experience if there's no support provided.

Lack of supervisor support, not a place to work if not passionate about the job, burnout, lack of flexibility in hours if full-time student, pay does not compensate for the amount of the work, scheduling team does not provide timely client updates, and limited space for professional development.
