Pros

Great people to work with within the office and wonderful therapists.

Cons

Barely get any time off Not flexible if you have an emergency Constant burnout Poor tech equipment Have to use our own personal PTO to get shots updated that are required by the company Inconsistent pay raises & more

Advice to Management

Listen to employees comments and concerns. We all feel undervalued and underappreciated. You call us squeaky wheels when we complain but we can't all be squeaky wheels if we're all complaining. This company used to be a joy to work for. Now we feel bogged down by all of these new guidelines and pressures without any of the financial compensation. We don't want pizza parties, we want raises, time off, and respect.
