Does Cigna offer massages?
Pros
They do try to keep staff motivated through incentives and support. Free meals in the office during this period of high cost of living is one such example Cigna also Provide private healthcare to employees and family members and there is a performance related bonus each year. Since Covid 19 there has been a lot more flexibility in terms of working between home and office
Cons
The financial package is fairly poor. Wages are not a true reflection of the work and effort- particularly when it comes to promotions. I turned down opportunities to 'climb the ladder' as the financial rewards were so low when assessing the extra workload and expectations.
Advice to Management
If wages were increased then the most talented within the business woudl be more inclined to remain with the company instead of looking for other opportunities outwith.
