Does Cigna offer massages?

Pros

They do try to keep staff motivated through incentives and support. Since Covid 19 there has been a lot more flexibility in terms of working between home and office

Cons

Advice to Management

If wages were increased then the most talented within the business woudl be more inclined to remain with the company instead of looking for other opportunities outwith.
